CutGo turns a list of parts into an optimised cutting layout for MDF, chipboard, plywood and similar sheet stock — then forwards the plan to nearby cutting contractors who quote live based on the metres of cut, edgebanding and the sheet count. No measuring guesswork, no email back-and-forth, no per-sheet pricing on tricky jobs.
Type each part's width, height and quantity. Toggle edgebanding per side. Set the sheet size, kerf and margin once.
The packing engine arranges parts on the minimum number of sheets and shows total cut length, edgebanding metres and waste.
Contractors near you appear with live quotes. Pick one, send the order — the cut plan is attached automatically.
Made for furniture builders, fit-out crews, kitchen designers, hobbyists — anyone who cuts sheet materials to order.
The optimizer is material-agnostic — set any sheet size and any kerf. Contractors list what they actually keep in stock; you pick from their material catalogue when ordering, or bring your own sheet.
CutGo is a free online cut optimizer paired with a marketplace of local cutting workshops. You design the cutting layout in your browser; the tool calculates the optimal sheet usage, total cut length, edgebanding metres and waste — then sends the order to nearby contractors who can cut, edge and deliver the parts.
MDF, chipboard, plywood and any other flat sheet stock. Set the sheet width, height, kerf and edge margin in the calculator — the optimizer is material-agnostic. The contractors you see at the bottom of the calculator each list their own in-stock materials and prices.
Yes. The cut optimizer, the contractor map and the order workflow are free to use. You only pay the contractor for the actual cutting and edgebanding work after they confirm your order.
The packing engine uses a guillotine algorithm with multiple strategies and picks the best result. Cut length is computed from the unique inner cut lines on each sheet — the same number contractors see in their workshop. Waste percentage matches what you'll get on the actual sheet.
Open the calculator, add your parts (width × height × quantity), pick edgebanding sides if needed, and the tool packs them onto sheets. Each contractor on your country's list shows a live price for that exact job. Tap "Order from €X" to send the cut plan to the cheapest one — or pick any contractor manually.
CutGo currently runs in five European markets — English, German, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese. Every contractor on the platform serves their local area. The contractor map shows who is nearest to your location.
